Any of the services I offer can be combined and tailored to your needs, with bespoke packages that include yoga, personal training, somatic work, and coaching; the latter of which may be in general life coaching, or with a focus on overall nutrition, or nutrition for trauma and stress.
Coaching is a forward-facing form of introspection; as well as offering incremental, lasting effects on your day-to-day, it can ultimately result in profound life changes. I offer coaching to support goals around relationships, family, career, creativity, emotional resilience, and herbal nutrition for trauma and stress.
Private yoga offers a space for deepening your practice in ways group settings can’t. Whether we’re exploring inversions, bandhas, and chakra work through dynamic vinyasa or cultivating stillness through yin, sessions are led by your pace, your body, and your intentions. All lineages are honoured; none are diluted.
Somatic work is a felt, body-based approach to healing and insight. It’s gentle, guided, and doesn’t rely on movement – ideal for those who find traditional meditative or physical practices inaccessible. Trained through the Focalizing Institute, I offer a space where presence can emerge without performance.
Personal training can be foundational or deeply progressive. Whether you're new to movement or building on existing strength, I offer tailored programmes that develop lean muscle, endurance, and mobility – especially in service of yoga or somatic goals. Coaching is woven throughout to support clarity and commitment.
Sessions start at £70 per hour; packages and concession rates are available.
I'm Qayyah. I grew up Muslim. My maternal grandmother, born in Uttar Pradesh, was a Muhajir; I also grew up with practices that overlapped with Yoga and Ayurveda.
My work is centred around embodied traditions familiar to me; it draws, too, on my background in language, linguistics, and communication, as well as an interest in philosophy and hermeneutics.
I draw on various mindbody-based practices to explore patterns of connection within the self; my work is rooted in the belief that we are many parts of one collective.
I offer coaching, personal training, yoga, and somatic work, all with a holistic focus on helping you take ownership of how you move, consume, breathe, create, and relate – both to yourself and to others.
In coaching, I support others with goals around relationships, careers, creativity, emotional resilience, and embodied healing; a lot of my work is centred around cultivating beneficial habits, challenging limiting beliefs, and growth, as well as around shifting the deeper stories they carry.
As a linguist, I see the body as a constant site of communication, and I work with clients to explore and shift the deeper stories they carry.
Where movement is concerned, again, growth is central; my focus is also on cultivating strength, resilience, flexibility, and ease – in all senses. My approach to self-care is radical and collective; it’s about using your time and energy with intention, and creating space for change that’s personal, embodied, and relational.
